We're a small shop — just us, a laser, and a lot of wood and leather — and we want you to know exactly what happens to your information when you shop with us at rscengraving.com or redshedcustomwoodworking.com.

What we collect
When you place an order, we collect what we need to get it to you: your name, address, email, phone number, and payment info. We don't see or store your full card details ourselves — that's handled securely by our payment processor. If you reach out to us or sign up for updates, we'll have whatever you shared with us there too.

Our site also picks up some technical details automatically as you browse — things like your IP address and what pages you visited — through cookies. Nothing sneaky, just what keeps your cart working and helps us understand how folks shop with us.

How we use it
Mainly, to get your order made and shipped, and to keep you posted along the way. If you've opted in to hear from us, we might send updates about new designs or a sale. We never use your information for anything beyond running this shop well and keeping it safe from fraud.

Who we share it with
Only the folks who help us actually run the shop — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, and the carriers who ship your package. That's it. We don't sell your information, and we never will.

Cookies keep your cart intact and help the site run smoothly. You're welcome to turn them off in your browser settings, though a few things (like your cart remembering what's in it) might stop working right.
