Shipping policy

Every single item in our shop is made by hand, after you order it – nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. When you order, we fire up the laser and get to work just for you.

How long it takes Hats and tumblers: usually out the door in 1-2 business days Custom wood pieces and personalized items: up to a week, since these get extra care and attention

Because everything's handmade to order, processing time can stretch a little during the holidays or when things get busy in the shop – if that happens, we'll shoot you a note so you're not left wondering.

Getting to you We ship anywhere in the US, and shipping's on us – always free. Once your piece is boxed up and on its way, you'll get a tracking number so you can watch it head your way.
